Our services represent a valuable investment for any building structure. We are able to identify, document and visualize energy loss and wide spectrum of "Root Problems" that cause accelerated corrosion of materials and destructive processes that are constantly occurring in all building structures when exposed to moisture, harsh environment, processes of aging, wear and tear, overheating, human factors and many more. These processes are especially dangerous in large residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings where concentrates large number of people.
Specific diagnostics plan can be unique for each building structure and upon request can include a survey of specific elements of the building structure which client is most interested in, for example only windows or roof etc.

Our Inspection Reports are organized in accordance with CAN/CGSB* 149-GP-2MP and contain specific test results, visualization of problems and recommendations (*The Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB))
